How do I place a custom order?
Choose “Upload design” on a product page to provide your artwork, or “Custom design” to use our online designer. Add the item to your cart and check out.

Do you accept custom sizes or quantities?
If the option you need is not listed, contact Epic Design & Print for a quote.

Artwork and proofs

What file is best for printing?
A print-ready PDF works best for most cut paper products. We can also review AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG. See our Design Guide for details.

What are bleed and safe area?
Bleed extends artwork beyond the cut edge so a background reaches the finished edge. Keep text and logos inside the safe area. For many trimmed products, 1/8 inch of bleed is a useful starting point; follow the template on your product page when it differs.

What resolution should I use?
For close-viewed printed pieces, aim for images around 300 PPI at final size. A small image from a website may look blurry when printed. Large signs and banners can have different requirements; ask us before preparing those files.

Should files be RGB or CMYK?
CMYK is preferred for standard full-color paper printing. Screen colors can look different from ink. Provide a reference and ask about a proof if color is critical.

Can I send a two-sided design?
Yes. Label front and back clearly and make sure both sides have the intended orientation. Check the proof before approval.

Will you review my artwork?
We review submitted files and contact you if we see a problem. Please check spelling, dimensions, and placement yourself on the final proof; production uses the approved version.

Production and delivery

How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, and whether artwork needs changes. Check the product page or ask us for a current estimate before placing a time-sensitive order.

Is there a minimum quantity?
Some products have a minimum, shown on their product pages.
