How do I place a custom order?
Choose “Upload design” on a product page to submit your own print-ready artwork, or “Custom design” to build your artwork using our online design tool. Add the item to your cart and check out like any other product.

Do you accept custom sizes or quantities?
If you don’t see the size or quantity you need listed on a product, contact us and we’ll put together a custom quote.

Artwork & Design

What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and PNG. See our Design Guide for resolution, bleed, and color mode recommendations.

Will someone check my file before printing?
Yes. Our team reviews uploaded artwork before production and will reach out if anything needs to be adjusted.

Production & Shipping

How long does an order take?
Turnaround varies by product — most orders are produced within a few business days of an approved proof. Exact timing is noted on each product page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Some products have a minimum order quantity, which is listed on the product page.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay at checkout.
