Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website,
online store, products, design and printing services, and SMS/MMS messaging program
offered under the EPIC DESIGN & PRINT STATION brand by Epic Design & Print Inc.
(“Epic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
SMS/MMS program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the applicable
portions of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website, place an order, approve a proof, or
enroll in the messaging program.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to
place an order. If you act for a business, organization, or another person, you
represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and approve purchases and
artwork on their behalf.
2. Accounts and customer information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, shipping,
tax-exemption, and order information. You are responsible for safeguarding your
account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us
promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may reject, suspend, or close an
account when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
3. Products and custom services
We offer custom printing, graphic design, signs, banners, apparel, promotional
products, and related goods and services. Product images, samples, descriptions,
dimensions, colors, finishes, and specifications are provided for general reference.
Custom products may vary within normal manufacturing and printing tolerances.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse a project
that is unsafe, technically impracticable, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful,
fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies or the rights of others.
4. Customer artwork, files, and content
You retain ownership of content you supply. You grant Epic a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, modify, format, reproduce, and otherwise
use that content only as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, manufacture and
fulfill your order, communicate with you, and maintain business records.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have all permissions and licenses required to use it.
- The content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- The content and requested product are lawful and do not contain prohibited material.
- Your submitted files are accurate, complete, and free from malicious code.
Unless we separately agree in writing, you are responsible for obtaining and keeping
licenses for fonts, stock images, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other assets
included in customer-supplied artwork.
5. Proofs, approvals, and customer responsibility
When we provide a digital or physical proof, production will not begin until the
required approval is received. You are responsible for carefully checking spelling,
grammar, names, phone numbers, addresses, dates, dimensions, quantities, placement,
colors, image quality, folds, cut lines, and all other details before approval.
Your approval authorizes production as shown. Epic is not responsible for errors that
appeared in an approved proof, customer-supplied file, or instruction. Changes after
approval may require a new quote, additional fees, and a revised schedule. A screen
proof is not a guarantee of exact printed color, scale, texture, or finish.
6. Printing and production tolerances
Printing and manufacturing processes can produce reasonable variations in color,
shade, density, placement, cutting, folding, registration, dimensions, material,
and quantity. Colors displayed on monitors or mobile devices may differ from printed
output. Reorders may not exactly match earlier production runs because inks, media,
equipment, environmental conditions, and suppliers can change.
Exact color matching, critical dimensions, special tolerances, or specific materials
must be disclosed before ordering and accepted by us in writing. Additional proofing,
setup, materials, and fees may apply.
7. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the
information and specifications available when issued and may expire on the date shown.
Changes in artwork, quantity, size, material, finish, delivery method, schedule, or
scope may change the price.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for
the order total, applicable taxes, shipping, design time, setup charges, approved
changes, and other disclosed fees. Full or partial payment may be required before
design or production begins. You are responsible for sales, use, and similar taxes
unless you provide a valid exemption certificate before the transaction is completed.
If a displayed price or specification is materially incorrect, we may cancel the
affected order and issue a refund or ask whether you wish to proceed under corrected
terms. We will not knowingly process an unauthorized charge.
8. Order acceptance, changes, and cancellations
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final
acceptance. We may accept or decline an order based on payment authorization, material
availability, production capacity, technical feasibility, legal concerns, or suspected
fraud. If we decline a prepaid order, we will refund the amount collected for the
unfulfilled portion.
Because custom work is produced to your specifications, an order cannot be canceled
after artwork approval, material procurement, or production has begun. If cancellation
is requested earlier, you remain responsible for completed design work, proofs, setup,
special-order materials, processing costs, and other nonrecoverable expenses. Any
approved refund will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Production time, turnaround, and delays
Quoted turnaround begins only after all required artwork, proof approval, information,
and payment have been received. Turnaround and completion dates are estimates unless
we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Customer changes, delayed approvals, file
problems, material shortages, equipment issues, shipping disruptions, and events
beyond our reasonable control may extend the schedule.
For online merchandise orders, we will ship within the time stated at checkout or in
the order confirmation. If an unexpected delay prevents timely shipment, we may request
your consent to a revised date or cancel and refund the unshipped portion as required
by applicable law.
10. Shipping, delivery, and pickup
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Verify the shipping address before submitting an order. Additional charges caused by
an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, storage, redelivery, special
handling, or customer-requested changes may be charged to you when permitted by law.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will reasonably assist with a valid
carrier claim. Inspect delivered packages promptly and preserve the packaging if an
item appears lost or damaged. Risk of loss and title are allocated as required by
applicable law and any enforceable carrier terms.
For pickup orders, wait until we confirm that the order is ready. The person collecting
an order may be required to provide identification or order information. Unclaimed
orders may be subject to reasonable storage charges or disposal after advance notice,
to the extent permitted by law.
11. Returns, refunds, defects, and reprints
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and approved-proof products are generally not
returnable or refundable for buyer’s remorse, customer-supplied errors, or details
shown in an approved proof. This restriction does not limit any non-waivable rights
provided by applicable law.
If you receive the wrong product or believe an item has a manufacturing defect or
material production error, contact us at 973-761-3181
within seven calendar days after delivery or pickup. Include the order number, a clear
description, and photographs showing the issue and the full quantity affected. Keep
the products and packaging until the claim is resolved.
After review, we may request an inspection or return and, when a claim is valid, choose
an appropriate remedy such as correction, reprint, replacement, store credit, or refund
for the affected portion. We do not guarantee a remedy for normal production tolerances,
damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper installation, or errors contained in an
approved proof or customer file.
12. Promotions, coupons, and discounts
Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, product, quantity, and redemption
requirements. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred,
exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct or cancel a promotion
affected by fraud, technical error, or misuse, subject to applicable law.
13. Website and Epic intellectual property
The website and its non-customer content, including its text, graphics, layouts,
photographs, designs, logos, software, and compilation, are owned by or licensed to
Epic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary
personal or business use of the store, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute,
modify, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit this content without our written permission.
14. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, ordering system, or messaging program to:
- Violate any law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person.
- Submit infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or illicit content.
- Transmit malware, interfere with security, scrape data, or disrupt the website.
- Impersonate another person or use unauthorized payment or contact information.
- Resell or misuse website access in a way that burdens our systems or other customers.
15. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms,
and other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to
your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or systems
outside our reasonable control, but nothing in this section limits obligations that
cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, retain, and protect personal information and how you may exercise applicable
privacy rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review it before using the website, placing an order, or enrolling in SMS/MMS.
17. Electronic communications
When you contact us electronically, use our website, or place an online order, you
consent to receive transaction-related records and notices electronically where
permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining a working email address and
compatible device. Consent to transactional email does not by itself constitute
consent to receive SMS/MMS messages.
18. SMS/MMS messaging program terms
Program name and description
The EPIC DESIGN & PRINT STATION SMS/MMS Program sends customers informational
and customer-care messages concerning quotes, artwork proof approvals, order
confirmations, production updates, pickup or delivery notifications, invoice
reminders, and customer-support requests. Promotional texts are not sent under this
program unless you separately provide any consent required by law.
Express consent and enrollment
You may enroll by giving verbal permission to an authorized employee in person and
affirmatively replying YES to our opt-in confirmation message. By
opting in, you authorize EPIC DESIGN & PRINT STATION to send recurring SMS/MMS
messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition
of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary
user of the enrolled number and are authorized to provide consent for it.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your requests, projects, orders, and account
activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging
and data charges apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP,
CANCEL, END, QUIT, or
UNSUBSCRIBE to any program message. After your request is processed,
you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless
you opt in again.

SMS privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing
or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not
be shared with any third parties, except service providers used to operate and support
the messaging program or when disclosure is required by law. For more information,
review our Privacy Policy.
Delivery and carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends
on effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The program does not
send illegal, misleading, deceptive, hateful, fraudulent, or illicit content and is
operated in accordance with applicable laws and messaging-industry standards.
19. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are
provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that website access
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Product and service
warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated in writing. We do not disclaim
warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic and its owners, employees, and agents will
not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential
damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the website, an order,
customer-supplied content, or the messaging program. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, Epic’s aggregate liability for a claim related to a product or service will not
exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including
any rights or remedies preserved by applicable consumer-protection law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic
and its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities,
and reasonable costs arising from customer-supplied content, your infringement or
violation of another person’s rights, your unlawful use of the website or products,
or your material breach of these Terms.
22. Events beyond our reasonable control
Epic is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable
control, including severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, labor disruption, utility or
internet outage, cyberattack, government action, supplier shortage, transportation
interruption, or carrier failure. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume
performance and will provide any cancellation, delay notice, or refund required by law.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing a legal action, the parties should attempt
in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting one another. Subject to any
non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be brought in a court of
competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.
24. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable quote, proof, order confirmation, and
any written project-specific agreement constitute the agreement concerning the relevant
transaction. Project-specific written terms control if they expressly conflict with
these Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent
necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a
provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your obligations without our written
consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or
transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise. Your continued use of
the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms. Material changes to the SMS/MMS program will be communicated as required by law.
