7 grams capacity custom shape direct print mylar pouches start from 500pcs, printed digitally, in gloss, matte, holographic, soft matte, or metallic finish, with a single seal opening.

Once quantity exceeds 2000pcs, it is more cost effective to buy 5000pcs due to being printed with gravure technology, making bags much cheaper per unit. ( 5000 pcs using gravure printing is cheaper than 2500 pcs digitally printed!) 

If quantity is over 5000pcs, feel thicker and more premium, and have many more finish options than standard edition bags:

• Rainbow/Gold/Coloured Metallic Foiling
• Inside Printing

Please upload artwork (front, back and gusset) and we will set up your bags including zipper position and check with you before printing. We can advise if any changes are needed. A gusset is not always possible, depending on bag shape.
